为推进国家技术创新工程试点，加快建立企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系，四川省科技厅、国税局、地税局、知识产权局等十一个部门共同评选确定了第五批创新型试点、培育企业，其中九洲光电科技股份有限公司获批四川省第五批创新型试点第一梯队企业。该项目旨在增强自主创新能力，大力促进企业成为技术创新主体以弥补国企业技术创新能力上的弱势。
In order to improve national technical innovative projects and accelerate the market-oriented innovative system with the combination of production and research, the departments of Sichuan province evaluate and choose the fifth batch innovative enterprise. These departments include Sichuan Science & Technology Bureau, Taxation Bureau, and Intellectual Property Bureau etc. Jiuzhou Lighting is on the top of the list. The project aims at enhancing the innovation ability and promoting the enterprises to become main innovative parts in order to compensate for the inferior of national enterprises in the technology innovation.
