高效照明推广：从城市转向农村

2011年度国家高效照明产品推广财政补贴项目（以下简称高效照明推广）第四次集结号已吹响，主战场从城市转向农村。

This is the forth time that the government give out financial allowance for promoting high-efficiency lighting product, and the bidding field has been transferring from urban to rural areas.

在1个月内每吨价格上涨超过1000万元，从“白菜价”到“白银价”，稀土完美的演绎了涨价神话。以稀土为原材料的三基色荧光粉也从三个月前的300元/公斤涨到1800元/公斤。面对原材料的涨价，我国LED产业又该如何应对？
The price of rare-earth element had risen to over RMB 10mn/t within last month, which is totally a leaping change from the copper to gold. As a result, the price of tri-basic-color phosphor powder, which is made from rare-earth, has raised from RMB 300 pkg to RMB 1800 pkg. LED照明价格居高不下阻滞进入家用领域

随着国际巨头厂商进入中国市场，国内很多具有一定核心竞争力的企业将面临被并购的风险，缺乏竞争力的企业或将直接被淘汰出局，整个行业面临新的一轮重组、洗牌。
While many international leading producers are entering China, many domestic enterprises who have core competitiveness to some level are facing with risks of being purchased, and those who are lack of competitiveness are likely to shut down, thus the industry is going through a restructure process.
