2011里昂灯光节于12月8日-15日如期举办，受里昂市政府及国际灯光城市协会（LUCI）的邀请，由广州仰光文化传播有限公司总监马彬带队，由广州国际灯光节组委会和亚洲照明设计师协会（AALD）代表组成的2011仰光海外灯光之旅考察团共赴里昂观摩，参加灯光节交流会议。
